Office Time | Tusuka Stitches Ltd. => My working area is the ERP system, and the software I use is Appstreme. I maintain accurate records of fabric and accessories transactions such as receiving, issuing, and transferring. I also prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports. My responsibilities include creating and maintaining daily export information and generating various reports, including export, fabric, accessories, leftover, and reconciliation reports, which I share with management. I collaborate with the IT, MIS, and other relevant departments to resolve any issues. Additionally, I create bills of exchange and record all LC-related data to avoid duplicate bills or mismatched items, ensuring a proper billing system. I also perform other tasks assigned by management.
